The Federal Signal Unitrol U3500 is ideal for Undercover Applications:

The showpiece of the U3500 siren is a versatile 5-position rotary switch assembly that can be configured for two different modes of operation using a jumper on the back side of the PC board. The U3500 default for the horn ring is the emergency vehicle OEM horn sound. In addition, the operator can use the rotary switch to enable up to 30-amperes of light control, add Wail tone in position 3 and change the Wail tone to the Yelp tone in position 4. By moving the jumper on the UM3500 controller board, the horn ring tone becomes Manual Peak-n-Hold when depressed and the horn ring transfer function becomes enabled. When the Wail tone is active, depressing the horn ring turns the tone to Yelp for 10 seconds, then back to Wail. If the Yelp tone is active, depressing the horn ring turns the tone sound to Futura (fast Yelp) for 10 seconds, then back to the Yelp tone. There is a separate “foot switch” wire available to allow additional Air Horn sound activation.
